We only use the fruiting body of the mushroom to squeeze out every last drop of goodness for you. The fruiting body of a mushroom can contain over 30x the beta-glucans of mycelium. Beta-glucans have been proven to have anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anti-allergic, and immune-modulating effects.
